Re: Bureson Properties Industrial Buildings / January 2005
Dear Bob,
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your service as
Owner Representative-CM on my Industrial Buildings project. Your
expertise and guidance proved invaluable during the entire year long
process and was well beyond my expectations. It’s clear to see how your
knowledge and skills from your years of experience taught me valuable
lessons and gave me the ability to make the best decisions to control
the entire project.
The many occasions that you provided me with critical information saved
me both time and money. I would not have realized these benefits had I
taken on this project by myself.
Your concern and mind set for proper industry protocol, procedures and
documentation was a key component. For me, it provided a much needed
foundation of understanding to work from.
I cannot say enough that my decision to retain you and your services was
by far the best decision I made during this entire project.
Thank you for your fine service. You truly know the “Tricks of the
Trade”.
Sincerely,
Tom Bureson / Bureson Properties

Team Construction Consulting
Bob:
I wanted to drop you a note to
let you know how much I appreciate the services your firm provided my
wife and I on our residential remodel. Your expert guidance resulted in:
-
At least 40% savings from what
we were prepared to pay before we engaged you,
-
A fair agreement with our
contractor – While I have had significant experience with legal
contracts, I didn’t appreciate the nuances of the construction industry
and the one-sided agreement I was prepared to sign, and
-
Selection of a better qualified
and more reputable contractor than we were planning on engaging.
In hindsight, I see how naïve
we were to smooth talking contractors referred by friends. I have told
friends about your firm and the incredible value you provide. My only
regret is that I should have hired you before I hired the architects.
That would have resulted in a smoother and more cost efficient process.
Sincerest thanks,
Bob Korte

Re: Letter of Recommendation
and Reference for TEAM Construction Consulting (TCC) – Bob Brunning
To Whom It May Concern:
During 2001 and 2002 I had the
occasion to build a custom home in Fountain Hills, Arizona. During the
construction process I encountered multiple questions and concerns with
regard to my builders methods and adherence to the projects agreed upon
contract, plans and specifications. After significant effort and
frustration on my part, I contracted with TEAM Construction Consulting
to determine if my concerns were justified and if so what to do. This
was likely the best decision I made during the course of construction.
Mr. Brunning immediately explained what my rights were and what I should
expect to receive for my contract according to Arizona construction law.
Bob lifted the shroud of misinformation and deception installed by my
builder and in a very professional way began working with my builder and
I to resolve the issues.
Though some problems were
resolved, the builder was unwilling, and in some cases unable, to
resolve them all. To counter this, TCC quickly guided me through a State
process known as the Registrar of Contractor’s Compliance Inspection in
which was found that 99% of my concerns were justified. My builder was
ordered to correct these problems by the Registrar. Unfortunately he did
not and a hearing was scheduled for the State of Arizona’s
Administrative Court. Bob supported me the whole way to a successful
resolution and subsequent remediation of the problems that plagued my
project.
The benefits derived from TCC’s
performance on my project were as diverse as giving me the confidence
and peace of mind to operate in an unfamiliar, and in some cases
dishonest industry, to getting corrections made to my home that make it
safe, livable, and able to stand the test of time. TCC’s services
returned many times their cost to me. The value was unbelievable.
The only regret that I have was
that I didn’t know about TEAM Construction Consulting when I started my
project. That would have made the whole experience a much more positive
one.
Very Truly,
Paul Butler

This letter services as a
gleaming recommendation for TEAM Construction Consulting and the value
of the service that was provided for our remodel project. Bob Brunning
educated me on the particulars of the construction process so that I
could make better decisions on our golf clubhouse. In addition, he
worked with the general contractor during the bidding process to lower
the cost of our entire construction contract. During our clubhouse
remodel Mr. Brunning helped save our company over $30,000 through his
guidance and expertise. He made regular visits to the construction site
and followed up with questions to the contractor, architect and interior
designer. As a result, our remodel project finished on time, under
budget and exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend the services
of TEAM to everyone that needs assistance with any construction project.
